If the purchaser has been provided incorrect items or substandard food or the food has not been prepared for pickup or delivery within a reasonable timeframe of the agreed time (ie: 60minutes) and the customer is dissatisfied, then the order must be returned on the same day that the delivery or pickup took place without being eaten.

If the buyer provides an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect, we will contact you to confirm the right address or the shipment will be returned to our facility. Additional charges will apply.

Please contact us before returning the item(s) you received. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and exchanges due to variations will be offered only at your expense. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated variation if you choose to accept or offer variation exchanges.
